Exciting Announcement: First-Author Publication and Award Recognition!

I’m thrilled to announce my first first-author publication, Early Detection of Coffee Leaf Rust Through Convolutional Neural Networks Trained on Low-Resolution Images, which also received an Honorable Mention for the National Center for Women & Information Technology (NCWIT) Collegiate Award. Recognition from the NAE

I’m excited to announce that I’ve graduated with a B.S. in Electrical and Computer Engineering and a Specialization in Artificial Intelligence Applications from the University of Southern California (USC). I’ve been recognized as a Grand Challenge Scholar by the National Academy of Engineering and Albert Doorman Future Leader from USC.

Fellowship Program Completion and Award Finalist

I’m thrilled to share that I’ve completed the Break Through Tech AI program at UCLA. My project, “Identifying Objects and Sorting by Color,” was honored as a finalist for the prestigious National Center for Women & Information Technology (NCWIT) Collegiate Award. I also had the opportunity to present my project at USC’s Annual Fall Research Festival! View the poster presentation here!

I’m excited to share that I was selected to attend the University of Pennsylvania’s inaugural DEEPenn STEM program, a graduate school preview event to increase diversity in STEM by empowering underrepresented students to pursue advanced degrees in science and engineering.
